The president of HS Dom is Michał Szczepankowski, a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering in the field of General Construction.

Since 2020, HS Dom Deweloper has been and co-creates the Polish Association of Developer Companies. It is the most important organization of the development industry in the country.
